Dhruvpath Trust is community based local non-government organization, which has
been registered under the Bombay public Trust Act 1950 .The trust has also been
registered under the foreign contribution Act, (F.C.R.A) 1972. This organization
has been working with ST, SC and poor people of Gujarat state’s two districts Sabarkantha
Banaskantha and Maheshana to improve their health, educational and socio-economic
condition with the help of Government, other NGOs and local fund.
The organization has started its activities since 1988 in the field of health and
education with the help of local NGOs and Government funds. according to the need
of the people of the project area he has done the following activities related to
the proposed project.
Past / current activities:-
- RO system installed in two villages.
- Awareness program related to water, health and sanitation.
- Demonstration among people of different villages related
to reduce fluoride from water.
To create healthy ,educative and self reliant society in the two districts of the
Gujarat state’s Maheshana and Sabarkantha is the main purpose of establishing the
organization. To improve the educational status in ST, SC and OBC tribes through
starting Asramshala and hostels. To improve their income, start vocational trainings.
To provide safe drinking water to SC, ST and OBC tribes.
